Marketing Photography for Houston’s Professional Services Businesses
Before a prospective patient books an appointment, before a client signs an engagement letter, before an investor takes a meeting, they have already looked you up. The photography on your website, your Google Business Profile, and your LinkedIn page is doing the work your team cannot do in person yet.
Most professional services businesses approach this piecemeal: a headshot here, a stock photo there, a smartphone photo of the office when someone remembered to take one. The result is a visual presence that undersells the quality of the practice itself.
Houston’s medical practices, dental offices, law firms, and financial advisors work with Dee Zunker Photography to build a complete visual asset library. Corporate headshots put polished, consistent portraits on your website and LinkedIn profiles across your entire team. Product photography documents what you sell. Workplace and team photography documents how the business actually operates. Corporate events capture the brand in action. Google 360 virtual tours put your location inside Google Search before a client ever calls. We create a custom Visual Asset Library, a collection of authentic, high-resolution images unique to your business. When you are ready to extend that library into social media content, that infrastructure is already in place.
This is not a generalist approach. It is a deliberate strategy for professional businesses that compete on trust and reputation, where the visual impression you make online is inseparable from the clients you attract.
Corporate Lifestyle & Culture
Showcase your team in action. Corporate Lifestyle photography documents the genuine interaction between your employees and clients. These images are essential for:
Website “About” Pages: Show real meetings and collaboration.
Recruiting: Show prospective hires what your office culture actually looks like.
Proposals & Pitch Decks: Use high-end imagery to win contracts.
For manufacturing, construction, and industrial firms, see our industrial and architectural photography services.
Workplace Photography
Your office environment is more than a backdrop. It is a signal of your company’s culture, values, and professionalism. Clients who find you online form an impression of your business before they ever speak to you, and that impression is built from the imagery on your website, LinkedIn company page, and marketing materials.
We photograph offices, coworking spaces, conference rooms, reception areas, and team environments for companies who need imagery that reflects how they actually work. Whether you are refreshing your website’s About page, building a recruiting campaign, or creating content for an investor deck, workplace photography gives your marketing team a library of authentic, on-brand imagery to draw from.
- Website & Marketing: Homepage hero images, service page backgrounds, and team culture sections that communicate who you are without relying on stock photography.
- Recruiting & HR: Show prospective hires what it actually looks like to work at your company. Culture photography is one of the most effective recruiting tools available and one of the most underused.
- LinkedIn & Social Media: Company page imagery, leadership profile backgrounds, and team announcement photography optimized for the platforms where your clients and prospects are already looking you up.
- Investor & Pitch Decks: High-quality facility and team imagery that communicates operational credibility and organizational maturity to investors, partners, and prospective clients.
Specialty Retail & Unique Venues
Not every client fits a standard office environment, and that is precisely the point. Specialty retailers, boutiques, event venues, restaurants, and experience-driven businesses have a visual story that generic photography cannot tell. When your space, your product, and your brand personality are inseparable, the photography has to capture all three.
A specialty retail or venue session typically combines interior and environmental photography with product and lifestyle imagery. The shoot documents the space itself, the products within it, and the experience of being there. The result is a library that works across your website, Google Business Profile, event promotions, and social media without requiring a separate shoot for each channel.
If your business has a physical environment that is part of what you are selling, that environment deserves to be photographed at the same level as the product or service inside it.
For product showrooms and experiential retail environments, a Custom 360 Virtual Tour extends that library further, giving remote clients and partners an immersive walkthrough of your space and product displays without requiring an in-person visit. See the K&N Sales Room as an example.
Personal Branding for Solopreneurs & Experts
For consultants, realtors, attorneys, and speakers, you are the brand. A Personal Branding session goes deeper than a [professional headshot]. We capture the personality behind the expertise with a mix of posed portraits, shots of you working, and detail images of your tools and environment. The result is a cohesive collection of on-brand content ready for your website, LinkedIn, and social media.
Sessions take place at our West Loop studio or on location at your office or a chosen environment. On-location sessions are quoted individually based on scope and travel.
All images are fully edited including the 10-step authentic retouching process. See what is included in headshot and portrait editing.
Business Branding Sessions
Business Branding Photography for Your Office, Team, and Facility
A business branding session documents your company the way it actually operates: your people, your space, and your process. These sessions are designed for companies who need a complete visual library for their website, recruiting materials, pitch decks, and marketing campaigns rather than a single hero image.
Sessions take place on location at your office, facility, or job site. Coverage includes a mix of environmental photography, team and individual portraits, and documentary-style working shots that give your marketing team a library to draw from across every channel.
Pricing
Business branding sessions start at $750. Final pricing depends on the scope of coverage, number of spaces and team members, and the mix of setup and documentary photography required. Most sessions fall between $1500 and $2,500.
What Affects the Cost
- Coverage scope: A single reception area and small team requires less time than a multi-room facility with department-level coverage.
- Number of spaces: Each additional room, outdoor area, or setup location adds to the session scope.
- Team size: Larger teams require more time for group arrangements and individual working shots.
- Image mix: Sessions combining composed setup shots with documentary handheld coverage deliver more variety but require additional planning and time on location.
- Add-ons: Google 360 virtual tour panos can be added to any business branding session. See Google 360 Virtual Tours for package details.
Marketing & Advertising Photography
Beyond internal use, branding photography powers your external marketing. Print advertising, digital campaigns, trade show materials, and pitch presentations all draw from the same visual library. We plan shoots with your marketing calendar in mind so your team has hero shots, filler content, and detail imagery ready across every channel.
Google 360 Virtual Tours
A complete Google Business Profile with professional 360 imagery gives prospective clients a look inside your space before they ever visit, and signals to Google that your location is established and active. See Houston Google 360 Virtual Tours for what a complete Google presence looks like for a professional services business.
Social Media Content Photography
Social media content photography is available as a dedicated service for clients ready to build a consistent monthly content calendar.
Building Your Visual Asset Library
Stop scrambling for content every time you need to post on social media or update a brochure. Our goal is to provide you with a diverse Image Library with a folder full of on-brand assets that serves your marketing team for months or even years.
We don’t just show up and guess; we follow a proven 3-step production workflow to ensure we capture exactly what your brand needs.
1.
Discovery
Before the camera comes out, we align on your goals. We review your website map and marketing calendar to create a detailed shot list.
- The Hero Shots: The “Must-Haves” for your homepage banner and brochures.
- The Filler Content: Detail shots, textures, and candid moments perfect for Instagram backgrounds and blog headers.
- The Vibe: We determine the color palette and mood to match your existing branding.
2.
Production
On shoot day, I take the lead. Whether we are in the boardroom or on a construction site, I direct the action to ensure everyone looks natural, not stiff.
- Coaching: I guide your team on where to look and how to interact so the photos feel candid and authentic.
- Efficiency: We work quickly to respect your team’s time, often rotating groups through specific scenes to minimize downtime.
3.
Delivery
After final selection and retouching, you receive a curated gallery of high-resolution images, fully retouched and ready for immediate use.
- Formats: We provide high-res files for print and optimized files for web use.
- Licensing: Our standard commercial licensing allows you to use these images across all your marketing channels (website, social media, email newsletters, and press kits) without worrying about expiration dates or hidden fees.
- Multiparty Licensing is also available to share costs across project partners.
Pro Tip: Don’t forget your “Empty Space” shots. We specifically shoot images with negative space (clean backgrounds) so your designers can easily overlay text for website banners and slide decks.
Complete Your Visual Library
Branding photography works best as part of a broader visual strategy. Depending on your marketing needs, these services pair naturally with a branding session:
- Product Photography: A combined branding and product shoot captures your team and your products in one production day, maximizing efficiency and visual consistency.
- Social Media Content Photography: Ongoing content creation keeps your visual library fresh month over month. Combine a batch content day with your branding session to build a 3 to 6 month content calendar in a single shoot.
- Professional Headshots: Individual headshots and branding photography are closely related but serve different purposes. If your team needs both, we can combine them in a single session.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Headshots and Branding Photography?
Headshots are shoulders-up portraits focused on identity: who you are. Branding photography is broader, capturing full-body imagery, environmental shots, and detail work that tells your complete business story: what you do and how you do it.
What is “Corporate Lifestyle” photography?
Corporate lifestyle photography captures your team in candid, authentic scenarios: meetings, collaboration, and on-site work. It replaces generic stock photos with real images of your company culture and processes.
Do I need Personal Branding or Corporate Branding?
Personal branding is for solopreneurs, consultants, realtors, attorneys, and speakers where the individual is the brand. Corporate branding is for companies documenting their team, office environment, and service process for marketing and recruiting. We offer packages for both.
How is branding photography different from a standard commercial shoot?
Branding photography builds a library of visual assets for your website About pages, social media, and pitch decks. A standard commercial shoot typically focuses on a single ad campaign or product. The goal here is ongoing content that supports your entire marketing presence.
What is included in a branding photography session?
Every session includes a pre-shoot strategy call, detailed shot list development, on-site direction and coaching, professional editing and retouching, and delivery of high-resolution files licensed for all your marketing channels with no expiration date.
Do you help create the shot list?
Yes. We begin with a strategy call to review your website map and marketing calendar. We identify the hero images needed for banners and key pages, and the filler content needed for social media and blog posts. Nothing is left to chance on shoot day.
How far in advance should I book?
The calendar fills 2 to 3 weeks out for individual and small team sessions, and 4 to 6 weeks for larger corporate shoots requiring multi-location coverage or extended planning. If a specific date matters, book early
How long does a branding session take?
Personal branding sessions typically run a half day (4 hours). Corporate team and lifestyle sessions range from a full day to multiple days depending on the size of your team and the scope of the library you are building.
Where do sessions take place?
Most sessions take place on location at your office, job site, or a rented venue. For controlled studio sessions, we have two purpose-built spaces at our West Loop studio at 5750A Royalton Street, just south of the Galleria.
Studio 101 is 2,000 sq ft with 20 ft ceilings and a 14 ft roll-up garage door, accommodating larger set builds, vehicles, and oversized products. Studio 102 is a 12×20 ft space with 10 ft ceilings, ideal for individual branding sessions, smaller product shoots, and headshot combinations. Both studios include a client lounge, wardrobe area, and professional makeup station.
What if we do not have a nice office?
Not a problem. We can shoot at a rented location, outdoors, or use our West Loop Studio to create the environment you need. We also specialize in tight framing and lighting techniques that make any space look polished and professional.
Do you travel outside of Houston?
Yes. We have traveled nationally for commercial and branding projects, including California, Illinois, Florida, New Mexico, Louisiana, and locations throughout Texas. Travel fees apply for projects outside Greater Houston.
Should we use our own employees or professional models?
For About pages and recruiting content, using your own employees is usually best for authenticity. For advertising campaigns requiring a specific look or demographic, professional talent ensures a consistent result. We advise on the right approach for your goals during the planning call.
Can we include our products in the lifestyle photos?
Yes. Unlike a dedicated product photography session, which creates clean catalog-style images, branding sessions show your products in use by real people, giving customers context and emotional connection.
Do you provide hair and makeup artists?
Yes, and we strongly recommend it. We work with a network of professional hair and makeup artists who remain on set for touch-ups, ensuring your team looks polished across the full variety of shots.
Can we capture video alongside the still photography?
Yes. We can capture short b-roll video clips and content suitable for website headers, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn video posts alongside the still photography in the same session.
What is a Visual Asset Library?
Rather than delivering one or two images, a branding session delivers a cohesive collection of 20, 50, or 100-plus images. Your marketing team draws from this library for Instagram, LinkedIn, email newsletters, and blog posts for months without needing another shoot.
Where can we use the images?
Our standard licensing covers your website, social media profiles, email newsletters, press kits, pitch decks, and digital advertising with no expiration date and no per-use fees.
What is the typical turnaround time?
An initial proofing gallery is delivered within 2 to 4 days of the shoot. After selections are confirmed, final edited files are delivered within 5 to 10 business days. Rush delivery is available depending on project scope.
Can you accommodate rush projects?
Yes, depending on scope and notice. Rush bookings require bringing your project to the front of the editing queue and increased involvement in post-production to meet a compressed timeline. Contact us directly for availability and rush pricing.
