Do you provide retouching on the spot?
Yes, with the Ultimate Package. This is a key differentiator. Our system applies instant, automated retouching to every image immediately after capture. Attendees receive a polished, professional photo in seconds—no waiting days for manual edits.
How does the lead capture work?
We replace the fishbowl of business cards with digital precision. Attendees enter their contact info (Name, Email, Phone) when registering on their phones or our tablets to receive their photos. You receive this data as a clean CSV file immediately following the event for your sales team.

What do you need from us on-site?
We are self-sufficient! We require only a standard 110v power outlet within 25 feet of the station and a Wifi connection for uploading the photos . We bring our own 5G/LTE internet hotspots for backup, though a dedicated venue hardline is appreciated for convention centers with poor cell service.
How long does setup take?
We arrive 60–90 minutes prior to your event start time to load in, set up lighting, and test the data connection. Breakdown typically takes less than 60 minutes.
Do you travel outside of Houston?
Yes. We regularly travel for clients attending major conventions nationwide. Travel expenses are calculated based on location and are included as a line item in your custom quote.
