Corporate Headshot Scheduling – Houston Studio

Headshot Session Rescheduling:

You will receive a rescheduling link which is valid for greater than 24 hours prior to the shoot time. If you cancel at less than 24 hours of the session time, your company will be charged for the missed session, and a new session fee is required.

Clothing:

All subjects should wear proper business attire per their companies guidelines. For tips to get ready for your headshot you can read this post.

Headshot Specifications:

Headshots are typically taken from the chest up. If you have specific guidelines from your company, please provide them in a follow-up email. The session includes 1 image paid for by the company. Selection of the image will be made during the session. If you wish to select additional images, those can be paid for at the time of the session, and are separate from the company paid images.

Headshot Retouching:

Retouching is included with each selected image, and any particular needs for retouching should be discussed with the photographer at the time of the headshot session. You can see what is typically included in retouching headshots in this post.

Parking:

Parking is available immediately in front of the studio. The front door faces Royalton St. Sometimes map directions will take you through the warehouse parking lot.

Inside the Studio at Dee Zunker Photography:

Once inside the studio, you will see the comfortable lounge area which is perfect to check your emails while you wait for your session. This is especially helpful is several people form the same company come together. There is a dressing / makeup room with a clothing rack, mirrors and lint roller. The studio space is a comfortable size with a number of different setup options.
