Safety First

All drone flights will be conducted weather permitting in a safe manner and according to the Part 107 rules. Flights within FAA controlled airspace require prior authorization which may require additional time for approval. The FAA will occasionally issue Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFR) related to major sporting events, VIP movement, or emergency response.

Authorized to Fly in Controlled Airspace

In most cases within the Houston, Dallas, Galveston metro areas, your schedule will not be impacted by FAA airspace authorizations. Operations below the UAS Facility Map height constraints will not impact schedule. For operations above the published limits, additional approvals will be required. Dee Zunker Photography has experience in coordinating 0 ft grid flights adjacent to various airports throughout the US.

Authorized to Fly at Night

The FAA has relaxed the requirements to fly at night, so a 107.29 waiver is no longer required to fly at night. Dee Zunker Photography previously held a 107.29 waiver and continues to adhere to the stricter requirements for safety under the waiver.
