I shift the burden of coordinating corporate headshots from your company to my staff.
Scheduling Link – We provide a link for your employees to schedule their time slot on picture day. Typically the link will have any styling guidelines for your employees.
Picture Day Reminders – We send out reminder emails and texts to your employees.
Image Selection – Images are selected at the time of the session. This removes the back and forth on image selection and speeds the delivery of your images.
File Distribution – Each employee will receive their own files, and the overall coordinator will receive a bulk download of all of the images.
