Will you come to our office for a corporate headshot session?
Yes, we provide on-location corporate headshots at offices and corporate events in Houston and the surrounding area. This simplifies photographing your entire team at one place and time. For those that miss picture day at your company you can send them to the studio to be photographed.
New hire employees typically schedule individual sessions in our centrally located headshot studio.
We bring professional lighting equipment and backgrounds to match your branding style.
How is your lighting for corporate headshots different from other photographers?
We use a 3-point lighting system which highlights the eyes and face of the subject in a flattering way. You will especially notice how the eyes light up in our photos. This additional light in the eyes gives people a spark which when coupled with expression coaching gives you awesome results that simply cannot be beat.
Can you match a previous photographer’s style?
Yes, we can match work from other photographers. While I do believe we have the best lighting set up which creates a modern clean look, we understand you may have some legacy photo styles that you wish to match. In those cases, we will match the style, while still working with your employees to get the best natural expressions.

Yes, definitely, We provide headshots for teams of any size, and at more than one location. Whether you need corporate headshots for 5 people or 500, we can provide clean, consistent headshots to reflect best on your brand.
How much do corporate headshots cost?
Corporate headshots pricing in Houston typically starts at $320 for an individual session in our studio. This includes the session and a digital files sized for the web and print.
For businesses and professional organizations, we offer group rates for in-studio and on-location packages. Team rates typically range from $115 – $200 depending on the number of people and the location of the shoot.
For very large groups such as conferences or national meetings, we provide a premium headshot booth where we can photograph up to 20-30 people an hour per station.
What should I wear for a corporate headshot?
Typically, professional looking clothing with solid colors, simple necklines, minimal jewelry, and no sleeveless shirts or dresses are best.
Most companies provide guidelines for their employees. I can help define guidelines for your company if you do not already have guidance for your employees.
Is retouching included with corporate headshots?
Professional retouching is included with each corporate headshot. Our 10-point retouching process includes hair, teeth, blemishes, glasses, and skin tone. Check out the link above to see more details.
We can adjust the level of retouching to meet budgetary constraints as well.
How long does it take to receive fully edited corporate headshots?
The turnaround time is typically 3-7 business days and depends on the size of the group and the level of retouching requested.
Quicker turnaround times are available for small groups or selected VIPs.
Should you chose indoor or outdoor corporate headshots?
Both options can work for corporate headshots. During the summer, indoor sessions are preferred, but early morning sessions are best before the heat and humidity take over.
Indoor sessions are more controlled for both lighting and wind blowing people’s hair.
Outdoor sessions are a little less formal and feel more relaxed.
