Technical, Collaborative, and Comprehensive Project Photography

Architectural photography has been my primary focus since 2011. From thoughtfully designed interiors and commercial developments to public parks and miles of new infrastructure, I work to create images that reflect the scale, design intent, and character of each project.

Architectural Photography Services

Every project starts with a planning conversation to align on goals, shot list, timing, and site access before anything is scheduled. On location, I work with natural light supplemented by professional lighting where needed, selecting angles and compositions that communicate scale, design intent, and material quality. Drone photography is available as a complement to ground-level coverage on any project type. Final images are professionally retouched and delivered within 5 to 10 business days, with a proofing gallery ready within 2 to 4 days of the shoot.

Architectural Photography

Commercial, civic, institutional, religious, and educational structures each present different compositional challenges and require different timing and preparation decisions. My architectural work focuses on built form, spatial relationships, and design details that communicate the intent and character of a structure, from exterior facades through interior architectural elements. See the architectural photography portfolio for examples across Houston and Texas.

Interiors Photography

Interiors photography requires precise lighting control, careful exposure management across mixed light sources, and composition choices that accurately represent scale and spatial flow. Every space is approached individually rather than processed uniformly. For dedicated interior projects, see the interiors photography page for full details and project examples.

Landscape Architectural Photography

We photograph completed projects for landscape architects, urban planners, developers, and municipalities across Houston and Texas for award submissions, portfolio development, client presentations, and project marketing. Timing is critical to this work; shoots are scheduled at optimal light conditions, with seasonal scheduling available when plant material is a key design element. See the landscape photography portfolio for examples across commercial and residential environments.

Infrastructure Photography

We work with civil engineers, general contractors, and public agencies to document infrastructure projects at ground level and from the air, including bridges, highways, dams, hardscapes, port facilities, utility corridors, and transit systems. Coverage includes completed structures, progress milestones, operational facilities, and safety documentation for government reporting, contractor portfolios, and engineering firm marketing libraries. See the infrastructure photography portfolio.

Multi-Family & Apartment Photography

Property management companies, developers, and REITs rely on multi-family photography to increase leasing interest, support refinancing documentation, and maintain brand consistency across property portfolios. We photograph amenity spaces, model units, furnished and unfurnished floor plans, and exterior twilights with the same production value used in hospitality photography. Drone photography and video are typically added to these projects to give an overall perspective of the property. For properties targeting out-of-town renters or investors, iGuide 3D virtual tours add an immersive walkthrough and certified floor plan measurements to your photography package. See the multifamily and apartment photography portfolio for examples.

Commercial Real Estate Photography

Houston’s commercial real estate market moves on first impressions made before a prospect ever visits the property. We serve developers, property managers, brokers, and leasing teams on office buildings, retail centers, medical offices, and mixed-use developments, producing imagery for CoStar and LoopNet listings, investor presentations, marketing brochures, and project completion portfolios. Occupied properties are scheduled around tenant operations; vacant space is lit and composed to help prospects visualize its potential before build-out. See the commercial real estate photography portfolio for examples.

Industrial Photography

We bring professional camera and lighting equipment to your facility and work within your scheduling and safety requirements, adhering strictly to site PPE protocols without disrupting operations. Our work includes manufacturing equipment and machinery, warehouse operations, facility interiors and exteriors, process documentation for marketing and safety training, and workforce-in-action imagery that demonstrates the expertise behind your product. See the industrial and warehouse photography portfolio for examples across Houston’s manufacturing and logistics sectors.

Construction Photography

We work around your construction schedule to capture progress at key stages, including foundation, framing, envelope completion, critical installations, and punch list walkthroughs, producing imagery for investor reporting, bid portfolios, and pre-delivery marketing. Ground-level milestone photography and aerial drone work together to document both the detail and the scale of a project in progress. See the construction photography portfolio.

Luxury Residential Photography

We collaborate with architects, interior designers, custom home builders, and developers to create imagery that communicates architectural intent, craftsmanship, and materiality, from exterior architecture through detail-focused interior storytelling. Our work supports portfolios, marketing campaigns, and editorial placement for custom homes, modern estates, and thoughtfully designed interiors. See the luxury residential photography portfolio.

Questions about Architectural Photography

How Much Does Architectural Photography Cost in Houston?

Prices vary based on the scope, production level, and licensing needs. Projects can be as little as $500 up to $10,000+. Pricing is developed based on a creative fee, production considerations, and per-image licensing. I make it easy to share image rights and costs with your project partners such as developers, architects, brokers, or owners. Each project includes a planning call, proofing gallery, and fully retouched final images.

Do You Travel for Projects Outside Houston?

Yes, I regularly photograph architectural projects across Texas and throughout the U.S. Whether traveling by air or road, I can accommodate out-of-town shoots with proper scheduling.

What’s the Typical Turnaround Time?

You’ll receive a proofing gallery within 2–4 days of the shoot. Once selections are made, final retouched images are delivered within 5–10 business days. Rush turnaround may be available upon request.

What’s Included in a Photography Project?

Each project includes: A pre-shoot planning call, the production day, and post-production and editing and delivery.
During planning, we’ll discuss your goals, shot list, ideal lighting/time of day, site access, weather conditions, and usage needs to ensure a smooth and effective shoot.

How Far in Advance Should I Book?

My calendar typically fills up 2–3 weeks in advance. For high-priority or large-scale projects, booking 4–6 weeks ahead is recommended, especially if timing is weather-dependent or tied to project completion deadlines.

Can You Handle Rush Projects?

Yes, depending on the scope and my availability I can turnaround your project photography quickly. If you have a fast-approaching deadline, I can prioritize your project in the production queue and provide expedited editing to meet your timeline. Rush fees may apply.

Do You Help With Staging or Visual Preparation?

Each space should be shoot-ready when I and my team arrive. If you are interested in staging services, I can make some referrals.
We will move furniture and other items to best represent the space from the camera’s view point, and will carefully return everything to its original position.

Do You Provide Progress Photos for Architects, Builders and Designers?

Yes. I regularly document projects during construction, post-completion, or at key milestones. These progress photos are valuable for portfolios, awards submissions, and stakeholder updates.

Do You Offer Video Services Alongside Architectural Photography?

Yes, I offer video add-ons, including highlight reels that showcase completed properties and/or progress videos for documenting key stages of construction or development. These visual assets are ideal for marketing, stakeholder presentations, and project archives.
